The Role: As an office-based Business Development Manager you will be responsible for a mix of generating new business and managing existing accounts for our client. Leads will be sourced through referrals and via large retailers - it is your role to convert these into sales for the business, attending 3-5 meetings per week. The successful candidate will need to be commutable to Berkshire daily.
The Company: Our client was established over 15 years ago, making a turnover of £33 million. A specialist in experimental marketing, they bring brands to life! Creating and delivering campaigns for ambitious companies, they aim to engage with the right audience by using the latest technologies and brand activation concepts. Some of their previous clients include; Ben & Jerry's, Cadbury, Mondelez, Superdrug and Tesco!
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (ideally media related)
- New business focused individual
- Driving license
Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
- £30,000-£35,000 basic salary, plus £15,000 + OTE
