We’re recruiting for a fantastic SME aiming to deliver exceptional growth as the second phase of their ambitious growth plan.  They have a fantastic portfolio of brands aimed at the ever-growing, health-conscious consumer market; with their products offering a healthier alternative to current leading brands within their category.

We have been asked to recruit for a newly created Head of Commercial role within their structure, reporting directly to the founder of the business.  This will be a highly autonomous leadership role that allows you stamp your own mark on a business already expecting a hugely exciting adventure ahead of them.

We need an ambitious, dedicated and fun candidate who will fit within an already positive and creative environment and develop, implement and own the commercial growth strategy in close collaboration with the founder.

This business has all the foundations to be ‘next big thing’, meaning this appointment is critical for the founder.

The role will suit those currently operating within any fast-growth / health-focussed SME business environment, as well as those currently operating at a slightly more junior level within larger branded environments but looking for ‘that opportunity’ to gain leadership and influence within a smaller business and to be rewarded for your efforts with an equity stake in the business, ensuring significant reward when the business is sold.

You will be able to demonstrate your successful track record to date (across multiple customer channels) and why you are the right person to lead the business through the next stage of its growth cycle.

You will be comfortable operating within a SME environment and applying a ‘hands on’ style when it comes to dealing with customer contact and internal project management.
