Exciting opportunity to join a health and beauty business as a Export Sales Administrator within the growing sales team
Client Details
My Client is a global business specialising in the supply and distribution of branded fine fragrance products. Supplying to a range of customers from independent retailers to high street and large retail chains. Operating out of state of the art premises on the out skirt of London ( Watford ) they are a privately owned family run business with solid values and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Description
Export Sales Administrator :
- Check sales orders received against customer forecast and process or send for approval as required
- Enter customer sales order in SAP and process pro-forma invoice where required
- Issue picking and packing paperwork to the warehouse and produce other export documentation as required e.g. Certificates of Origin
- If pro-forma customer chase either customer or export account manager for payment
- Once payment has been received, arrange shipment with export carriers
- Pro-actively communicate with customer and account managers customer's order status together with any changes to the order
- Produce final shipment paperwork
- Issue final invoice
- Follow-up any out of stocks and provide customers with stock availability dates
- Close liaison with warehouse department, Export Account Managers, customers and carriers
- Obtaining Proof of Deliveries where required
- Replying to customer complaints
- Arranging sample orders

- Experienced in Export Sales order administration or sales order processing
- MS Office Skills - Excel and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Organised and good attention to detail
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Good telephone manner
