Premium spirits business with a keen desire to be at the forefront of innovation when it comes to eCommerce - set up to move fast, experiment and not get tied down by process and bureaucracy.
Given the premium nature of their products, the business don't look to drive sales through pricing & promotions, so are looking for people who understand how to build & grow brand equity without diluting the offering through price reductions.
As such, you'll need to demonstrate a good knowledge of working with luxury brands with a high price-point.
You'll be managing Amazon and other pureplay accounts, so in addition to your luxury knowledge you'll need a demonstrable track record in eCommerce - ideally having work with Amazon but other D2C or Pureplay experience could work.
You'll need to have a keen interest in using consumer data & insights to inform strategy, understand how to use different digital marketing levers to drive traffic, conversion rate optimisation and, ultimately, consumer spend.
