Hops & Barley Group is a family owned drinks wholesaler in the North West. Supplying over 1000 customers per week on a 7 day, same day delivery basis.

Due to our recent growth and expansion we are looking for Sales Representatives to strengthen our Sales team in North Wales.

The right candidate will be:

  • Self motivated
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Passionate about the drinks industry
  • Able to work alone or as part of the team
  • Sociable
  • IT Literate

We are looking for people who have:

  • A working knowledge of the on-trade drinks industry
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiations and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively on a remote basis

Your duties will include:

  • Focus on growing and developing existing customers
  • Focus on growing and developing the GP % the area is already achieving
  • Achievement of a pre-determined new business budget
  • Maximising account retention through effective relationship management
  • Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure excellence in customer service is delivered
  • Ensuring key margin driving categories are developed
  • Liaison with brand owners to drive their market share and joint business opportunities
  •  Bonus on salary for new sales and improving existing sales
