THE ROLE: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20. Your team will include a mix of sales representatives, account managers, administrators and national account managers. Although you will be office based, you will need to travel and have oversea 6 trade shows per annum. Customers will be department stores and high street multiples.

THE PERSON: To fit in with the brand and company culture, you will have a real zest for life, a naturally competitive nature and outgoing personality. You will need strong people management skills, excellent command of figures and a strategic outlook. Although category experience would be an advantage, the key criteria are people management skills and good working knowledge of retail head offices.
