Description

Our sales and account management team epitomise the entrepreneurial spirit that has defined Dyson since day one: ambitious, commercially savvy, and strategically agile. As our Web Trading Manager you will be responsible for driving the sustainable profit growth across Dyson.co.uk and our marketplace relationships.

The Role

  • Your main role as our Web Trading Manager is to develop and execute an annual account plan that sets out the key strategic aims for Dyson as a direct retailer across multiple Categories and Channels
  • As the showcase platform for Dyson technology, you will ensure best-in-class online execution for Dyson.co.uk
  • You will deliver an accurate twelve month rolling forecast that accounts for; sales trends, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, NPD and product exits
  • With a focus on the customer, you will work with channel management, regularly use channel data and feedback to improve our offer across all channels
  • As the voice of Dyson.co.uk you will maximise shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management
  • You will also manage our 3rd party marketplace relationships, and will be responsible for the negotiation and execution of a growth-driving joint business plan


Experience Required

  • You will come with strong omni-channel account management or buying experience working for a high profile brand or retailer
  • You will have a high degree of commercial acumen and have a track record in driving sustainable profit growth
  • You'll also be strategically minded, with the ability to plan for the long term as well as execute short term incentives
  • Working in a cross-functional environment, you will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to engage and inspire different client groups
  • You will also be a skilled negotiator, with a proven track record in senior level commercial negotiations
