A new client of mine has been in contact and due to an expansion of the business, they are now looking for an accomplished sales professional to join their ever growing business. This role calls for either an experienced Key Account Manager or a successful Area Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

My client represents a number of brands here in the UK, but you will be personally representing one of their latest brands and developing a strategy with senior management around how to effectively present the brand to major retailers throughout the country.

The successful candidate will have a fashion conscious mind and be able to spot and keep up with the latest trends and have an idea as to what would appeal to consumers. Location for this position is not hugely important as it is a home based position, however, someone centrally located or within good access of the motorway networks would be ideal, as travel will be a large part of this role.

The brand you will be representing is a family owned Italian brand established over 60 years ago, with a focus around outdoor lifestyle/sports clothing. With a large presence in mainland Europe, the company is now looking to spread awareness of this brand throughout the UK with the vision of securing large high street retailers and national accounts, so experience with this level of account management is desirable.

My client will also be open to looking at successful Area Sales Managers that are looking to take the next step in their career from managing some independent retail accounts. You will need to be hungry, enthusiastic and willing to put in the hard work to establish this brand in the UK.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate and could be seen as highly interesting challenge for someone looking to really create and develop something that has huge potential in this country.
