Consumer Key Account Manager

Alloga UK is a market leader in providing specialist storage, fulfilment and distribution for pharmaceuticals and healthcare. It is a highly successful, rapidly growing Company that provides a range of contract distribution services to an increasing number of high profile health & beauty FMCG clients.

Reporting to the National Account Manager, a new opportunity exists to join the Customer Team at Alloga UK.  The successful candidate will manage all service related activity (not sales) in respect of products supplied to our Grocery Retail, Online, Cash & Carry and Discounter Customers on behalf of both Order to Cash and 3PL clients. Promoting Alloga’s business performance and services ensuring that all operational processes are aligned to manage –compliance to customer specs, minimise fines, maximise logistics efficiency and commercial integration.

You will demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills along with the ability to drive and co-ordinate projects.  Account Management experience is essential along with the ability to promote Alloga’s value added services.

With exceptional understanding of grocery systems and excellent presentation skills, candidates will be service orientated with a natural instinct to take ownership, and manage tasks through to completion.  The nature of the role demands applicants that have the ability to manage their work effectively and organisational skills a prerequisite.  This role may require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
