Due to recent expansion, this highly successful retail focused business is looking to add strategic International Business Development Managers to their team. With impressive turnover and a rich heritage, this organisation can offer you a superb platform to drive your career forward.

THE ROLE: As an International Business Development Manager, you be responsible for selling branded British groceries into Retailers across either: France and the Benelux region, China, or Africa regions. You will be responsible for coordinating 3 customer service advisors and will work collectively to service the customer base. 50% of your time will be spent managing existing business and 50% identifying new retail partners.

THE PERSON: Due to the complexities of international sales, our client is looking for high performing sales professionals who can demonstrate a track record of success growing an overseas customer base. What you have sold previously isn't important, as full product training will be given. You will need to have a good command of either French or Mandarin, or have sold in to one of the African, French or Chinese markets - being comfortable spending one week a month overseas.
