My client are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Teesside. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mixed marketing role, be commercially minded and posses excellent people management skills.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager are to manage all marketing activity for the company in line with the goals and sales projections of the company. You will also manage the marketing budget and the marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and implementing the fill marketing strategy for all promotions, product launches and the brand.

Profile

The ideal Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Marketing Degree or relevant qualification
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience of developing multi-channel marketing campaigns to a B2C audience
  • Proven success of managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on several projects at once
  • Able to commute daily to the office in Middlesbrough
  • Commercially aware and ambitious professional with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to follow instruction and take constructive criticism well
