Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic + £10,000 OTE commission

• Selling Contact Lenses & Solutions to Retailers
• Managing 7 Field Account Managers
• $Billion Turnover Business, Market Leader

The Role: As a Sales Manager you will be tasked with coaching, mentoring and leading a team of 7 Account Managers who will be selling into various multiples such as Boots and Specsavers. Heavily focussed on the brand and relationship built, this role will require an individual with a friendly, engaging and likeable personality. You must have managed a sales team and come from a relatable market to be successful in this role.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must have previous people management experience
• Ideally come from pharmaceutical/FMCG sales background
• Full UK driving license
