This is an opportunity to join an innovative sales team full of energy, drive and passion. You will make a real difference by managing your customer base and working closely with other departments to deliver great results across own label and some of the best biscuit brands on the market.

What does your typical day look like?

Every day is different at Burton’s Biscuit Company. One day you could be providing input internally on business strategy and the following day you could be out with a customer, sharing and executing our exciting future plans.

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

You need to be commercially savvy to drive our business forward with the desire to build strong relationships internally and externally. Strong negotiation is key combined with a proactive, self-starting attitude. With previous P&L responsibility, you’ll now the key levers to pull to create winning proposals for Burtons, your customer base and our consumers.

As a forward thinking and innovative manufacture, we need an equally creative individual to bring new ideas and ways of selling our products into our customers. Experience within a similar category (food) and dealing with customers within the supermarket, wholesale or convenience market place is essential.
