EMEA Head of Sales Foodservice and QSR specialist
Paul Nyman Consultancy are supporting the appointment of the Head of UK and European Sales for this global bakery business which is part of a larger group. The opportunity has arisen due to expansion of existing and acquisition of new business across their key European markets.
Success will be measured though your ability to grow sales, value and volume, by your understanding and command of NPD, innovation and technical development across the key customers which include international operators within the foodservice and QSR markets. The delivery of this will be enabled by your ability to create effective short medium and long-term strategies which will link the internal manufacturing inputs with the needs and innovation expected by the customers consumers.
Your role as a leader and inspiration of teams will be proven, along with your skill to transcend relationship barriers across all levels both internal and external to the organisation. This will be created through credibility, trust, experience and the integrity to deliver what is you promise.
Future success and development will come from within the group as a recognition of your success within this role which will should be delivered within the next five years.
This role will have requirement to travel UK wide with access to a Northern head office.
