We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for helping define, and build brand recognition and loyalty for the Food Ingredients product range. The role-holder will execute an annual marketing initiative (with specific targets, customers and tactics) and analyze the market to better position the business to explore new opportunities, trends and growth areas.

About Us:

We are the Food Ingredients division of an a leading $10 billion global product distributor spanning chemicals, speciality consumables, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics serving more than 80,000 customers across 100 countries.

Key Tasks:

+ With direction from the HoM and Food Ingredients business leaders, develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve objectives and goals.

+ Contribute to driving growth and geo-expansions using SFDC data and leads.

+ Coordinate with the technical, product marketing management, regulatory, customer event and IT teams.

+ Social media management and digital lead generation governance.

+ Develop and implement an active digital strategy (social media, website development, digital advertising, application creation & management etc)

+ Creation and/or coordination of digital content for web and professional publications.

+ Design, development, and implementation of content through a variety of mediums to build new marketing capabilities, create demand and put our sales organization in the best possible position to grow.

+ Exhibition and event management.

+ Market analysis including but not limited to: market and competitor analysis; industry and portfolio strategy development; and online growth plan execution.

We Are Looking For:

A dynamic candidate with excellent digital, verbal and creative marketing skills as well as an in dept knowledge of the EMEA Food Ingredients market.

Some additional requirements are:

+ Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or comparable discipline

+ 5-10 years equivalent experience

+ Experience in strategic & operational marketing
