National Sales Manager

THE ROLE: As a National Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 3 Regional Account Managers who sell a range of catering equipment into the likes of education, leisure and hospitality sectors. Your role as National Sales Manager means you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the business, as well as training and developing your sales team. You and your team will be taking orders anywhere between £300-£1m per year. This is an exciting people management role, where you will be able to motivate, coach and drive a sales team forward.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of National Sales Manager you must have both experience selling in to the food service industry and people management experience. You will be an organised, passionate, people person who thrives on developing a team and seeing them succeed. • Basic: £50,000 - £65,000
• Bonus: 20%
