Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Interim SNAM based in Yorkshire.

The Business 

Our client is own-label food manufacturer operating within a fast-moving category and are seeking to appoint a Senior Account Managers on an interim basis to develop business within either the Grocery or Discounter accounts. Our clients have ambitious growth plans and this role will be key to the business success.

The Role

As a SNAM you will be charged with exploiting the sizeable opportunities within the Grocery and Discount channel with a focus on driving the business within this customer base. The successful candidate will have an excellent strategic knowledge of these accounts and will have experience of being involved in high levels of NPD engagement and interaction with the manufacturing process. 

The Individual

In this instance, the chosen candidate must demonstrate experience of FMCG account management and business development with national customers within the Top 4 grocery and/or discounter retailers. With the pace and short shelf life nature of the product the role will be fast paced and require a cross functional engagement with the NPD team.
