The Business 

A branded and own-label food manufacturer operating within one of the country’s fastest growing food categories is seeking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to develop business within the Retail, Convenience, Discounter and Wholesale categories. They have an ambitious growth plans which will involve driving brand exposure and extending its reach into food-to-go categories.

The Role

As Senior National Account Manager you will be charged with exploiting the sizeable opportunities within the Retail, Convenience, Discounter and Wholesale channels with a focus on driving the brand within this customer base. The business operates across multiple categories and the role involves a high level of NPD engagement and interaction with the manufacturing process.

The Individual

In this instance, the chosen candidate must demonstrate extensive experience of FMCG account management and business development with national customers within the retail, convenience, discounter, wholesale channels. With the pace and short shelf life nature of the product the role will be fast paced and require a cross functional engagement with the NPD team.
