Description

International Sales Manager :
  • Working closely with the Head of Export to plan and implement export strategies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key existing distributors
  • Managing, supporting and developing distributors within key markets
  • Setting distributor objectives and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Understanding value chains and implementing a clear pricing structure across our distributor network
  • Identifying, qualifying and appointing new distributors in new markets as part of growth strategy
  • Negotiating distribution agreements and contracts
  • Developing and growing existing trade markets as well as finding new ones








Profile

International Sales Manager :
  • At least 3-5 years sales experience
  • Preferably with a background in food and drink
  • Has experience in export sales/cross boarder/distributor model
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast starter that can work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • professional understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • Confident in working to monthly targets, reporting and strong professional sales approach
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to the office in Buckinghamshire
