As eCommerce Manager responsible for a team of 4, your main goal is to make the shopper experience as easy as possible. Through developing the customer journey, onsite merchandising of the website & mobile apps & driving innovation you will continue the development of their already first-class capability in online shopping heaven.
They are looking for the best of the best, those who lead not follow, those who are at the forefront of driving eCommerce capability & keeping businesses relevant. This will suit an FMCG Brand Manager who has great exposure to eCom / digital & understands how brands should appear & be managed online. Ideally, you'll have a background in management, knowing how to lead & motivate a team is crucial. Lastly, a passion for food will be key to being successful in this role.
