We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Account Manager to join our business. The role will be working with our client Britvic Soft Drinks – the largest supplier of branded still soft drinks and the number two supplier of branded carbonated soft drinks in GB.

Employed by REACH, you will be joining our high-performing team and will have responsibility for providing strategic direction to the account, working with the client and client development manager to drive distribution, sales and commercial development initiatives within the licensed channel. With responsibility for a team of Business Development Executives, you will manage performance standards, procedures and systems within your defined territory.

Ideally you will have experience within a sales, FMCG, retail or licensed background, although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You must hold a full driving licence.  There may be extensive travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.

Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Agree business objectives and KPIs
  • Develop monthly briefing and reporting documents to match the client’s needs and to demonstrate clearly performance against KPI’s
  • Line management responsibility, including coaching, developing and training direct reports      

Role Requirements:

  • Previous line management experience
  • Knowledge/experience of the licenced trade industry desirable but not essential
