Format Development Manager - £50,000 plus package – Uxbridge based  

An excellent opportunity has arisen within an established retail client who is seeking a Format Development Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team in Uxbridge to assist with an increase in work force.

The successful Format Development Manager must have demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining format propositions and macro space strategy for different store types. You will use your excellent analytical skills to work cross functionally to define new space priorities and objectives for exiting stores, new builds and refits. You will be experienced working alongside a store design team and are comfortable working cross functionally at all levels internally and externally to bring new formats and propositions to life.  It is essential that you have hands on macro space and format development experience gained from UK food retailing and will have excellent project management and communication skills. This role requires travel across the UK to view new formats, trials, competitors etc
