National Account Manager

Thanks to greater focus and investment in recent years, Frontline is a thriving business, and we have been successfully working closely with our trade partners, including pet shops, pharmacies and e-commerce major retailers, to lead the development of this category. There has never been a more exciting time to join this successful and talented team!

We are now looking for a driven National Account Manager to join the team and develop our business in the mass market channel. It’s a rare opportunity to introduce a successful and established brand and further accelerate the sales growth, while creating new opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

·  To deliver the sales and profit targets with mass market key accounts;

· Lead the Joint Business Plan with the mass market key accounts;

· Establish relationships with all key contacts: category buyers, merchandising, supply chain, marketing and finance;

· Ensure all brands in our portfolio are correctly distributed with optimal visibility, working closely with the Marketing teams;

· As a senior member of the team, to support the Head of Sales and share your experience and knowledge of FMCG with the other sales managers;

· Effectively manage the sales budget, evaluating activity to ensure the best ROI.

Experience/Qualifications

·         Solid Grocer FMCG background 

·         Strong commercial focus

·         Relevant National Account experience is essential

·         Strong planning and organising skills

·         Outstanding relationship building skills

·         Understanding of Category Management principles

·         Excellent communication and influencing skills, presents confidently

·         A 'can do' attitude is essential.
