Signature Career Management are working to place an Artworker with a North-West based FMCG company who are experiencing significant growth.

They are experiencing 20% year on year growth, going from strength to strength after their start less than 20 years ago. Within the FMCG industry, the product they manufacture is extremely popular, on-trend and high end!

They’re now looking for an in-house Artworker to join the journey; the individual will need to possess great attention to detail, prioritising and organisational skill while maintaining an adaptability and flexible nature. A company that is fast growing can be fast changing, so a character that thrives in a fast-paced workplace is ideal.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of art working and design tasks to agreed quality, timescales and specifications (the majority of this role will be template based artwork)
• Make use of business led insight to drive improved designs
• Deliver labels and artworks in other languages
• Support with embedding best practise to Brand compliance and efficiency, making improvements to cost quality and time
• Keen attention to details to ensure accurate high-quality work from first to final iteration.

Successful candidates will be experienced in using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software. The ability to confidently work unsupported is key, although as a collaborative business they are also looking for someone who embraces teamwork where necessary to achieve a common goal.
