Description

National Account Manager - Eretail

  • Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales
  • Full P&L management of selected 3rd Party eRetail accounts
  • Direct line management of a Commercial Account Executive
  • Day to day management of customer relationships
  • Regular brand-level performance reports across key accounts
  • Category and promotional analysis, producing high quality, actionable insights
  • Proposal and development of new initiatives and/or processes to improve online brand execution
  • Full ownership of customer forecasting and budgeting process

  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Prior experience of Full P&L management
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Advanced Excel skills
