Senior Brand Manager

FMCG | London | £45-50,000 + car allowance, bonus, benefits

The Client: a global consumer goods leader, with a fantastic roster of household brands and a true international reach.

The Role:

-You will be leading the marketing strategy for a high-profile brand, working cross-functionally across the business to deliver NPD/EDP pipeline and influence the global brand strategy.

-You will have a pivotal role within the business from accountability for global brand performance, leading the digital transformation strategy and owning the budgets and financial goals, to working with the marketing teams to ensure cohesive, brand building activity across all campaigns.

-You will be given unparalleled exposure across the brand marketing functions and supply team capabilities; with a true opportunity to impact the development and growth of the brand. -You'll be liaising with the R&D and Insights teams to create concepts and test them with consumers in developing markets, as well as developing relaunching projects and tracking the brand penetration and success.

The Candidate: you will currently be an Innovation/Brand/Strategy/Marketing Manager within a consumer goods, healthcare or pharma business with approx. 5-8 years’ experience. You will be a commercially savvy but creative marketeer, who is confident in leading new strategies to implement creative and innovative campaigns. You will have an element of brand awareness and marketing sensitivity – it is important you have the ability to position the brand correctly and be aware of how the brand looks and feels. You will be a great negotiator with strong relationship management and collaboration skills. You will be highly numerate and an expert in Excel, with the ability to adapt the toolkit where necessary and not be afraid to deliver your own strategy.
