What we can offer you:
- Working closely with the digital, marketing and brand teams across the category to ensure best-in-class definition and implementation of measurement strategies
- The chance to produce meaningful marketing critical metrics and deliver frequent, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
- The opportunity to build custom analytics dashboards and reports, measure market effectiveness and the value of media and web campaigns
- Top quality access to data which you will use to gain insight into trends, user experience and behaviour in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies
- Advise the Digital Category, Insight and CRM teams on how to optimize their data quality, increasing value to be demonstrated for future usage
- Work with the data management platform consultant to brief appropriate audience selections for Media and web personalization campaigns
What we need from you:
- Fantastic working knowledge of marketing analytics, digital analytics, media analytics and sales/EPOS/panel data
- Haircare/beauty/personal care experience in the UK market. 2-4 years’ experience is ideal.
- Advanced capabilities with Excel, reporting analysis and visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns such as: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display & social
- Knowledge of digital services and capabilities, and an understanding of how a big business can benefit from these learnings
- Knowledge of how segmentation is applied in practice within data driven marketing environments
- Action oriented, focused and driven individuals who thrive on delivering top quality results and working well with others
- Degree educated
- High-potential individuals who are keen to progress quickly in their digital marketing career
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
