This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior FMCG Sales professional to make their mark with a leading international food group who specialise in sourcing and supplying premium quality branded and own brand products for the retail industry.
Your new role
The Contract Pack Sales Manager will play a vital role in the management of the companies branded customers through to smaller and sometimes privately owned businesses. You will operate on both a hands on basis and via the leadership of the team and you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and delivery of the business objectives via the coaching and development of the Sales team including the National Account Managers. Working closely with key decision makers, you will lead forecast reviews with the National Account Managers and you will support the team in the identification of new business opportunities and contract renewals with existing business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have significant FMCG Sales experience in a Contract Pack environment at a strategic and leadership level. As a proven team leader, with extensive line management experience, you will have strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills and be a highly analytical problem solver with the ability to work cross functionally in an environment with shifting priorities.
