Interim Brand Innovation Manager
Our client is a well established, household name brand with a small but perfectly formed marketing team! To cover a period of maternity leave an exciting opportunity has arisen in the marketing team for an innovation manager to project manage NPD and consumer driven EPD.
You will be a key contributor to the NPD strategy, responsible for taking NPD/ EPD projects from concept through to launch in addition to creating high appeal packaging concepts. This role is not a technical innovation role so requires candidates with brand marketing and innovation experience gained in a consumer focused business.
The ideal candidate will have over three years brand and innovation management experience gained in a fast based consumer goods setting. You will have strong commercial awareness with the ability track the performance of launched products and manage the associated budgets. Excellent project management skills are a must have, as is the ability to work cross functionally to deliver projects on time and to budget.
