With a wide portfolio of brands and products which is constantly being added too my client is looking for Junior National Account Manager to join the sales team based in Bedfordshire.

Junior National Account Manager
- 3+ years of Account management experience
- Able to develop and maintain brilliant working relationships internal and external.
- Financial acumen - good understanding of P&L and various levers / drivers of performance.
- Problem Solving & Analysis - take ownership of problems by analysis of facts to discover truths, objectively evaluating options and recommending solutions.
- Selling & Negotiation - Good fundamental understanding of selling and negotiation.
- Tenacity and can do attitude with high levels of personal organisation and attention to detail, able to adapt and manage a fluid list of priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to express ideas and points of view in a clear, well structured, concise manner.
- Good working understanding of Microsoft programmes incl Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Committed to personal development and progression
- Full driving license
Profile
Junior National Account Manager
- Maximise Sales and profitability within defined portfolio of customers, building trusted relationships, maximising brand image whilst driving sales and increasing profitability.
- Maintain brilliant relationships with customers to enable selection of products.
- Proactive communication of date sales trends, forecasts, performance, and product availability
- Formulate detailed and 'costed' sales previews, plans & strategies for securing business with existing and emerging routes.
- Attend Trade Shows to preview new product introductions as and when required.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts and trade terms.
- Establish robust sales forecasts and share with demand and supply teams.
- Complete all sales administration duties in a timely and accurate manner.
