The Company:

My client is a global player in the non-food consumer goods industry that are recognised across Europe, America and Asia. With a varied product portfolio and strong customer base across both B2B and B2C accounts this business have fast become a leading specialist in their industry. Due to fantastic, continued growth and an exciting year in 2018 my client is now looking to add to their finance team an Office Assistant to Support the Finance Director.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting with HR responsibilities
  • Ensuring new starter induction is completed
  • Maintaining confidential documents
  • Updating admin
  • Sorting inbound and outbound mail
  • Working with logistics
  • Consolidate expense claims
  • Assist with finance duties
  • Organising and boking transport

The Person:

To be considered for this new opportunity you must have some experience of working in a busy office environment, HR and Finance qualifications are not compulsory but would be beneficial. Due to the nature of the role you must be professional and trustworthy and be able to communicate at all levels of a business. This is a part time position and my client are able to be flexible to suit the right candidate.  This is an autonomous position, you must have a can-do attitude and be willing to assist with different tasks. There is the potential for this position to develop further for the right candidate.
