An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a tenacious and results-driven National Sales Manager to join a Private Equity backed award winning and fast-growing FMCG business.

They have 3 core principles that the company is driven by and in return this creates an enjoyable atmosphere to work in. The head office is based in Hertfordshire.


National Sales Manager
  • Provide strong leadership by inspiring, training, motivating, mentoring and developing the team. This will include time spent with the team members on the road
  • Planning, executing and managing sales plans
  • Build and maintain existing sales opportunities and explore new business
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with customers and prospects
  • Develop strong internal relationships to ensure excellent communication across the business
  • Management of the major key accounts including all levels of responsibility


National Sales Manager
  • Previous experience within a field sales management role and key account management
    • Strong and empathetic people management skills
    • Experience and knowledge of working with a P&L
    • Strong effective communicator
    • Strong negotiation and planning skills

    * This role requires a large amount of travel around the UK to visit the sales team as well as key account customers. In addition, this role will be required to attend Hertfordshire Head Office between 1-3 times a week depending on travel schedules.
