The individual selected for this rarely available ASM remit will be responsible for all group marques, focused on gaining the very best distribution and sales from the company’s Independently-owned retail distribution partners.
You are already well-versed in the best standards of field sales representation, whether gained within the watch and jewellery trade or with a renowned blue-chip FMCG/Consumer Goods brand from another market sector.
Responsible both for managing existing clientele and searching out new doors, you appreciate commercial targets and relish the opportunity to maximise the true business potential of each store location in your sights.
A natural communicator, you are at ease with interpersonal encounters at all levels; your capacity for creating strong, enduring business relationships is a talent of which you are rightly proud.
When in need of brand guidance on in-store disciplines and standards of representation, your retail partners know they can count on your confident and helpful support to underpin their efforts. As a specialist in the Independent market, you are hands-on with every retailer when it comes to optimising displays, and inspirational when delivering retail staff training.
Ever vigilant and alive to what your industry rivals are doing, you constantly monitor and succinctly report relevant market intelligence, both threats and opportunities, to your colleagues at HQ.
Commensurate with the stature of the business and its brands, you will regularly attend trade shows and specially-organised customer events.
Your high level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, stand you in excellent stead when it comes to using our client’s plethora of technology, from CRM systems and digital media to print and other marketing tools, to assist you in achieving your mutual trading goals.
