What will I be doing?
Working as a business development executive for CPM, you will be working with both new and existing customers within your designated territory increasing sales of key Mars and Wrigley's products. As a pivotal member of the Foodservice team, you will form great business relationships and use them to help influence key decision makers in each call. You will have full responsibility for ensuring the potential sales and profit for Mars has been maximised at each outlet. The Foodservice sector is very competitive, so you will need to look at each call and draw up business plans that will maximise their potential, incorporating promotional activities for route to market customers and making commercial recommendation on equipment rentals too. The type of places you will be calling on include contract caterers within higher education, large businesses and industrial premises with on-site canteens and restaurants.
This really is not just any sales role, as you will also support at events, product launches, and trade shows and your success and sales acumen will be key to the success of the team as a whole
