Our client is a well-established Ingredients company within the food industry. They seeking a talented B2B Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in sales with a very successful company.
Role
- Manage the companies accounts within the B2B channel and assume responsibility for achieving sales and margin growth
- P&L responsibility including setting Sales targets and purchasing budgets
- Management responsibilities including mentoring junior sales members
- Raise company profile with key partners and uphold the company’s image and reputation
- Understand your product to a detailed degree and be able to convey this to your customers
- Understand the market to a detailed level and make key decisions based on this knowledge including trends within the market place and activity of competitors
Person
- Sales track record in B2B Channel
- Excellent financial and commercial awareness, with P&L and JBP experience
- Ability to effectively network with key figures in the FMCG industry with strong communication skills
- Strong presentation and IT skills including excel
- Ability to be proactive and flexible in your working approach
Package
£50k + Bonus + package
