Our client is a well-established Ingredients company within the food industry. They seeking a talented B2B Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in sales with a very successful company.


  • Manage the companies accounts within the B2B channel and assume responsibility for achieving sales and margin growth
  • P&L responsibility including setting Sales targets and purchasing budgets
  • Management responsibilities including mentoring junior sales members
  • Raise company profile with key partners and uphold the company’s image and reputation
  • Understand your product to a detailed degree and be able to convey this to your customers
  • Understand the market to a detailed level and make key decisions based on this knowledge including trends within the market place and activity of competitors


  • Sales track record in B2B Channel
  • Excellent financial and commercial awareness, with P&L and JBP experience
  • Ability to effectively network with key figures in the FMCG industry with strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation and IT skills including excel
  • Ability to be proactive and flexible in your working approach


£50k + Bonus + package
