If you want to work for a highly entrepreneurial premium spirits business that encourage autonomy, creativity and have a genuine passion for the drinks industry – this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Their portfolio has been carefully selected and features a number of highly regarded brands with fantastic stories across the Gin, Rum and Craft Beer categories. They are now looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead their Brand & Trade Marketing divisions.  

As Marketing Manager you will take ownership of the marketing budget, working closely with brand owners to develop growth strategies for the UK Market. You will be responsible for the 4 largest brands in the portfolio from a brand management perspective as well as leading the trade marketing agenda for the business. This will include developing partnerships with key On-Trade customers, creating and executing activations and experiential campaigns as well as producing brand tool-kits and presentations to assist the sales team. There will also be 1 direct report and an opportunity to further grow the team moving forward.

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is important that you have either Brand Management or Trade Marketing experience developed within the drinks industry. If you have a blend of both skill-sets then ideal! An understanding of the UK On-Trade sector is also crucial. You will be a creative and passionate marketer with the ability to act autonomously and make important business decisions.
