As a chef, you know that extra thanks and bonuses are hard enough to come by, but in this capacity as a Regional Sales Manager, you can draw from your experiences satisfying customers, then being rewarded financially.
The position demands that you know your way around a range of professional kitchen environments. It will provide you with a career structure that you can see through years, without the worry of burning out or breaking your back (literally) Working with key customers that are chefs themselves or owners of restaurants, hotels or catering facilities within Contract Catering and HoReCa markets. Leading them through the benefits of market leading equipment, demonstrating and illustrating how they will make brigades more efficient and consistent... sounds too good to be true right?

- Driving license
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Unwavering tenacity
- A sound knowledge of the West London hospitality landscape
- A solid understanding of the foodservice market from cafes to outside catering, fine dining and contract catering.
- An ability to network and work collaboratively with others.
