National Account Manager – On-Trade (Craft Spirits)
Salary c. £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Field Based (1 Day a week Midlands)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing premium craft gin brands. Each and every one of their products is lovingly distilled in small batches using the finest ingredients, a number of which are home grown in their own botanical garden! The business is gaining tremendous momentum and now has national listings with top retailers including Waitrose, M&S and Majestic as well as key On-Trade multiples such as M&B and Stonegate. They are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Manager to help drive further growth in the On-Trade channel.
As National Account Manager you will have full P&L responsibility for a number of important customers including Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns, Loungers as well as a number of core regional pub groups.
Alongside the On-Trade Commercial Manager you will be involved in delivering the sales strategy, implementing strong JBPs and commercial agreements. Your main focus will be to grow existing business; securing new listings and driving increased distribution and rate of sale across your customer base.
This opportunity would be perfect for an aspiring Key Account Manager or National Account Executive who wants to step up and be part of a premium gin business that has a fantastic story and ambition for growth. On-Trade experience is essential and you must have dealt with group level accounts not just independents. Those with a background dealing with Leased & Tenanted customers will have an advantage!
