National Account Manager | Foodservice

About the Client:
We are currently working with a privately owned business with a great reputation, who are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a National Account Manager. You will have a passion for food, a proven track record in food service account management, food sales or are looking for a career change and have a desire to progress your career.
About the Role:
You will use your account management skills and sales energy to identify opportunities within the market and existing accounts to drive sales forward. A strong negotiator, you will have a track record of delivering commercial results and successfully pushing through price increases and a greater range of products. You will be well versed in dealing with the independent wholesale market, and ideally be well connected with key businesses/people in the sector.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will come from a food service / FMCG background but this isn't a must. You will have a track record of successfully managing large accounts and delivering increased business.
To be considered for this position, as a minimum, you MUST have a fantastic attitude and be hungry and driven to progress and deliver results.
Circa £45k -£55k with some flexibility for the right person + Car/benefits
