Sales Manager - Craft Beer

Salary: C.£35,000

My client is a growing craft beer brand that has won an incredible amount of awards, who are currently searching for a Sales Manager to help them keep up growing the brand and the business. They are a brand with UK and Global presence and are looking to expand their On-Trade sales and independent Off-Trade.

The role will consist of growing distribution of the beers in the on and off trade, focusing on independent groups and growing the range in existing accounts. The role will be predominantly field based however there will be an office expectancy to help with brewery and stock management. You will also be expected to be present at Trade events and to act as a brand ambassador instilling the company values as you work.

The successful applicant has to be passionate about craft beer and have an understanding of the craft beer market. You must also have previous experience selling craft beer into the on or off trade and have previous experience of building relationships and a proven track record of delivering results.
