My client has a strong brand portfolio and is pushing to be recognised internationally for their products and attitude. With a common purpose focused around biology, their brand portfolio is leading the way in the use of natural ingredients into the skincare sector.
With an international presence, the business has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years through adapting to consumer needs and trends.
Working as part of a team of 20 in central London, they create a meritocratic work environment where you are seen as more than a number and viewed as a core part of the wider family.
Description
You will be responsible for 2 brands within the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and managing a team of 3.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within a similar role and understand the pharma industry
- Be Target driven
- Be highly analytical
- Be a strong negotiator
- Have previous experience as a beauty coach or team management
- Be passionate about the industry
- IT literate
- Flexible, with the occasional overnight stay
- Able to access the office in central London 1-2 days per week

The role offers a salary up to £30k plus bonus and additional benefits
