Shopper Marketing Manager
Strategy - Develop the Shopper Marketing strategies for chosen brands and develop a plan for key customers. Attract, engage and convert target shoppers.
Execution - Develop insightful Shopper and Trade Marketing campaigns.
Insight, Analysis & Reporting - Interpret all data (industry, category, customer & shopper) and turn this into a clear set of opportunities/priorities.
Agency Management - Lead and nurture an effective working relationship with our chosen shopper agency partners.
Customer Development - Drive the shopper agenda with key customers building a trusted relationship.
Productivity Improvement - Measure and evaluate priority Shopper related activity against clear KPI's to drive continuous improvement
Previous experience in either a Shopper Marketing or Category Development role will be essential.
