Role: Category Manager
Customers: 2 of the Top 4
Location: North West London/Middlesex borders
Roles Key Objective
Customer facing Category Manager role responsible for owning and driving the Category Strategy and Vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clear Customer Category Activation working in conjunction with the Category Strategy Manager.
Key Duties
Category Strategy;
Own Shopper Insight Agenda
Leveraging data to develop Category and Customer shopper insight
Managing key relationships with Dunnhumby and Nectar
Customer Engagement;
Nurturing customer relationships to achieve Category Business plans
Annual Customer, Category and Brand plans
Key influencer within range and merchandising
Track on going customer progress against objectives
Category Execution;
Identify and deliver against range, distribution and space opportunities
Develop a plan on how to unlock future opportunities
Analysis and monitoring of key metrics
