The business is an independent, family owned manufacturer and distributor of giftware, stationery and licensed products. Founded over two decades ago, the company has gone from strength to strength, growing to 65 employees and has recently acquired a standalone brand with a strong product range across homeware, giftware and fashion. Their mission is simple – offer customers products that sell at consumer level, backed up by a straight forward and easy to deal customer service approach.

The acquisition has provided an exciting opportunity to utilize a platform to enter new markets and cross sell both brands to the customer base as well as presenting the opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join the team.

Working as part of an ambitious team, you will inherit a patch with a turnover of £650k with scope to develop to well over £1m. A strong internal sales team consisting of a Sales Manager and tele-sales team will support you to achieve this.

Ideal candidate

• Field sales experience
• Background in the consumer goods sector, specifically Gift, Stationery, Cards, Arts & Crafts or Licensed Products
• Excellent customer service
• Strong track record of developing accounts
• Located around Northampton or Milton Keynes
