One of my top clients is now looking for a highly experienced Operations Director to come into their extremely successful business within the DIY – Bathroom/Kitchen industry, and bring a wealth of prior knowledge and expertise working within the Operations side of a business.
A leader in their industry, my client supplies their products to over 140 countries worldwide and manufactures in a number of countries including Germany, France, China and the USA. This company is a household name in the bathroom/kitchen industry and with recent growth they now have the capability to bring on a well experienced Operations Director to oversee multiple functions on this side of the business.
As Operations Director you will have a well-rounded skillset that covers the majority of the operations side of a business, including logistics, IT, infrastructure and man management. You will be able to demonstrate growth and improvement in a current/previous position and require experience running multiple functions of a business. You will also work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Director to come up with a strategy in order to properly align the business.
If successful you will need to be able to perform a full audit of the functions in the business, create a service proposition and help develop a strategy to develop the business, and to find out what changes need to be implemented in order to see active growth within the business.

The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience working in an Operations Director position or in a role highly similar, with previous understanding of working with multiple functions and working alongside other heads of departments.
Industry experience would be ideal but is not essential. This role is office based in the Surrey area so you would need to be based within the county.
