A fantastic Maternity Cover opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Manager for a leading FMCG business, experiencing an exciting period of growth.

Our client is a leading Food 2 Go FMCG business.

Description

The Customer Marketing Manager will develop the Customer Category Strategy, supporting it's translation into a customer specific conceptual sell with tailoring multi level selling within retailers in the Convenience Channel for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Working closely with the brand and sales teams, the Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering effective point of sale for new projects. The successful candidate will carry out GAP analysis and be proactive in visiting stores, analysing fixtures and use of space, and building a story to effectively engage retailers and end users.

The Customer Marketing Manager will support in tender management, working closely with the sales team, providing relevant category insight and helping to interpret the data in order to provide tailor-made, effective presentations.

This role is fast-paced, and requires the successful candidate to be able to manage a number of tasks at any given time.

This role will require regular, weekly visits to Head Office in Cornwall.

Profile

The successful candidate will:
  • Have a proven track record in Trade Marketing
  • Have worked in fast-paced, Consumer-led environment
  • Ideally have a knowledge of the Convenience channel
  • Be both creative and analytical
  • Have a background in delivering category market insight, planograms and tenders
  • Have project management experience
  • Ideally be based in Cornwall, but can be based in the South West (no further North than Exeter) if willing to travel to Head Office on a daily basis


Job Offer

£38,000 - £42,000 Pro Rata
