The Role: As a Business Development Manager you will be tasked with generating new business for the company, retaining all accounts won. Based in Berkshire, you will be attend 12 client meetings per week. The successful candidate will contact Business Owners and Marketing Managers bidding for their custom. Leads will be generated by internal systems, inbound leads and self-generation.

The Company: Our client specialises in radio and digital promotional advertising. Owning and operating over 25 local and regional radio stations across the South of England, they are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to develop and build their brand further. To be successful in this role you must be new business focused with b2b sales experience.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Field sales and new business history demonstrated
  • A determined, independent and self-motivated personality
  • Driving license
