Driven by innovation and quality, Nespresso out of Home (Horeca / On-Trade channel) has ambitious plans to expand its business within the hotel, restaurant and retail foodservice sectors and is looking for passionate sales driven, commercially focussed, candidates with good Horeca/On-Trade market awareness to establish, expand and maximise sales at the same time driving the Nespresso brand forward.

What can you expect?

Reporting into the Horeca Sales Manager and with fantastic support from the Nespresso back office team, there has never been a better time to join the Nespresso Horeca Sales team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Business Development and acquisition of new Horeca customers in the appropriate target groups throughout the South/South West
  • Ensure high brand visibility within the Horeca Channel via a variety of business development/sales activities such as customer acquisition, machine trials, machine placements and networking
  • Working on customer relationships to drive sales within existing customers
  • Building a pipeline of sales opportunities, through cold calling, networking, e-mail, events and sector specific fairs
  • Carry out regular coffee tastings and training to prospects and customers supported by a fully equipped showroom.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this opportunity the Nespresso Horeca team is looking for a strong and demonstrable background in field sales, business development, Territory sales or a combination. This is a new business opportunity with potential to earn a highly competitive commission structure

  • Background in sales, with a good knowledge of the Horeca landscape
  • Strong understanding of Hotels, Restaurants, Café’s and catering markets with demonstrable contacts throughout.
  • New business development experience - Essential
  • Commitment to customer support, retention and acquisition - Essential
  • Full driving license is required - Essential
