We are looking for an outstanding, experienced and determined FMCG professional to join our expanding business.You will already have solid sales and account management experience coupled with business development and people management skills (previous roles as NAM in the Food & Drink industry is a must). With a key focus on developing a promotional plan and investment optimisation. you will be responsible for the daily management for profitable growth of your customer base, with P&L accountability to the Commercial Manager. We expect a proactive input into market category and customer insight & analysis, helping our NPD agenda and the overall trading strategy. You will develop strong customer relationships and strategically aligned, customer specific JBPs for high volume/revenue growth and brand performance.
